Mediterranean Flat Bread
We grill flat bread with a fresh basil pesto, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes,
kalamata olives, seasoned feta and Parmesan cheeses.

Electric Mushrooms
Mushrooms sautéed in roasted garlic butter, onions, cream and Electric Dave's locally
brewed ale. Served with artisan baked bread.
Red Pepper Hummus Plate
Delicious red pepper and garlic hummus aside grilled pita bread, feta cheese, Greek olives
and seasonal sweet fruit. (GF substitute additional fruit and cheese.)
Monterey Mussels
Steamed Mussels in white wine and butter with more spices like red pepper flakes and basil.
Served with garlic bread. (this item takes a bit more time to prepare but its worth it!)

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with fresh parmesan and herb croutons and our signature

The Table Salad
Good enough to put our name on it...Grilled chicken, locally sourced micro greens,
sunflower sprouts, strawberries and candied pecans, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions,
jicama, carrots, and our house dressing served with baked focaccia bread.
Brie and Fruit Plate
Grilled focaccia served with Brie wheels, balsamic reduction using Bisbee Olive Oil with
locally sourced organic micro greens, fresh blackberries and strawberries.
Bisbee's Cooler
Locally sourced organic micro greens and sunflower sprouts, candied pecans,
cranberries, kiwi fruit, carrots, tomatoes, red onions, jicama and our house dressing.

Fresh made ground Angus chuck seasoned Texas style topped with Hatch green chiles,
bacon, grilled onions and pepper jack cheese, jalapeños' and BBQ sauce. (a portion of the
proceeds of this burger go to our friends at the Verhelst Recovery House for men)
Table Chicken Sandwich
Fresh marinated chicken breast grilled served with lettuce, tomato and onion. Served on
ciabatta bread. Add cheese .50 Your choice of sides.
Ó Table's Turkey
Really! Turkey burger with the most amazing flavor you've never had in a burger,
always cooked well and served with Patagonia sprouts, onion and tomato.
Tenderloin Citrus Sliders
Citrus glazed BBQ Pork tenderloin sliders served with your choice of sides and our
pineapple infused cole slaw.
Wahoo Street Tacos
Wahoo fish grilled, topped with pineapple slaw and jicama slices with toasted pita on
grilled flat bread served with fresh fruit.

Grilled Vegetarian burger made with brown rice, corn, peppers and onions topped with

Reubens are classic favorites in every old town, the Table is proud to prepare a classic
twist on the original but one we know you will enjoy. Original available by request.

Slow cooked and grilled pork ribs slathered in our barbecue sauce. Served with sides.

Scallop and Shrimp on Risotto
Seared scallop medallions sautéed and tossed with plump gulf shrimp and gently placed
on parmesan mushroom risotto.
Table Rib-eye
We cut each 28 day aged Rib-eye ourselves, we season it and cook it to your specs.

Copperman Pasta
Char broiled chicken and Fontanini Italian sausage, garlic, spinach, tomato and green
onions, sautéed with penne pasta in basil cream sauce.
Bowtie pasta tossed with mesquite grilled chicken, garlic roasted peppers and onions in a
spicy chipotle cream sauce.
Simply Salmon
Fresh Salmon grilled just enough and served atop our mushroom parmesan risotto and
seasonal vegetables.
Cheese, cheese and Mac
What you remember about Mac is about to change...Asadero and jack cheeses melted
together with bacon and a Southwest flare. Honestly, how could we go wrong? (add

Grilled Tenderloin Medallion Sandwich
Beef filet mignon, grilled, sliced thin and laid on toasted ciabatta bread with melted brie
and local spouts, grilled red onions and roasted red peppers. Served with you choice of
Ó Basil and Tomato Crisp Pizza
A crisp lahvosh bread pizza grilled with fresh basil, tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan
cheeses and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
We gladly accept most major credit cards. We cannot accept personal checks.
We customarily add an 18% gratuity for parties of 7 or more, please let your server know
if this is not enough!

The food you are about to enjoy is carefully prepared by dedicated professionals
under the watchful eye of our Chef Karina Franco-Batty and Laura Harvey-Kemler who
supervises our service staff. General Manager Rob Page and Da Mamma Georgia who keeps
us all on our toes.
